Silvia Black is an NPC we created in TFN 1.1 however she's been overlooked because the only way to access her is by violating the masquerade, which most players avoid doing. We've decided to open this character up and will have several quest lines to play in future releases. In the meantime, you can still use her services by paying to reduce your masquerade violations. She also grants you experience if you can 'persuade' her to open up about her past.
